1. Who we are

QuoteDo is a service of Queria S.r.l., an Italian limited liability company, registered office at Via Alessandro Tadino 52, 20124 Milano (MI), entered in the Companies Register of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi under number 14607970960, which is also its Italian tax code, REA no. MI-2795483, certified email [email protected].

2. Who it is for

QuoteDo is for professionals and businesses issuing quotes in the course of their trade. It is not a consumer service, and by using it you confirm you are doing so for professional purposes.

3. What the service does, and what it does not

QuoteDo turns a description — spoken or written — into the line items of a quote, suggests a price for each, and prepares both customer-facing content and a version you can review in the interface language.

In the current private build, QuoteDo prepares a short summary and opens WhatsApp, SMS or email. You choose the recipient and tap Send in the external app. No PDF, complete quote or translated document is automatically attached today.

Delivery of the complete quote in the customer's language is a launch goal and is still being developed.

Suggested prices are estimates produced by an artificial intelligence system, not observed market data. They are not technical, tax or legal advice.

The content you choose to share with your client is yours: you read, correct and send it. Responsibility for its content, prices and commitments remains entirely yours.

We are not a party to the contract between you and your client.

4. Your account

The account is personal. You are responsible for what happens through it until you report unauthorised use.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

5. What you write stays yours

Descriptions, recordings, quotes and your clients' data remain yours. We do not use them to train artificial intelligence models and we do not pass them to third parties for their own purposes.

6. Availability, liability, governing law

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or the consequences of prices or content you chose to share.

Italian law applies. Courts of the place where Queria S.r.l. has its registered office have jurisdiction, save for mandatory rules.
